(Clay, NY – Aug. 16, 2013) – On Aug. 16 State Police in Lysander arrested 33 year-old Patrick A. Klein from Liverpool for first-degree Criminal Sex Act, a class “B” felony and first-degree Attempted Rape, a class “C” felony.
The arrest stemmed from a reported forcible rape involving an adult female victim that occurred in the early morning hours in the Town of Clay.
Klein was arraigned before the Town of Clay Justice, Brian Lauri and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 secured bond.
