(Trenton, NY – Nov. 17, 2013) State Police in Remsen arrested 28-year-old Joseph T. Murphy of the Town of Frankfort in Herkimer County for 11922AA (Aggravated DWI) and 11923 with a previous conviction within the past 10 years. Both charges are Class E felonies.
Subsequent to the investigation, Murphy was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken back to SP Remsen for processing where he registered a .23 percent BAC. Murphy was arraigned and released on $500 cash/bond to return to the Town of Trenton court on Dec. 3 at 5 p.m.
