*Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting 12/3/13 and special meetings 11/26/13 and 12/10/13
*Approval of Warrant No. 24
- 1. MONTHLY REPORTS: Receive and place on file monthly reports from the Chamberlain, City Clerk, Comptroller, City Engineer, Director of Planning and Development, Fire Chief, Police Chief, and Recreation Department.
- 2. VOID BALANCE: Authorize the $20.00 balance for Account 51-18202899 be voided as the service has been turned off and it has reverted to a City owned account. (Smolinski)
- 3. AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE: Approve the amusement device license application from Neil’s Vending, Munnsville. (Pulverenti)
- 4. SURPLUS ITEMS: Authorize the donation of outdated turn-out gear to the Rotary for use in less fortunate countries and authorize the donation of unused old low-band radio equipment to the American Red Cross. (Salerno)
- 5. REIMBURSEMENT FOR RETIREES: Authorize the reimbursement of the cost of Medicare Part B coverage for all eligible retired City employees, regardless of union affiliation or non-affiliation, until June 30, 2014. (Smith)
- 6. PROPOSED LOCAL LAW: Receive and place on file a proposed Local Law establishing a Public Nuisance Abatement Program and schedule a public hearing for January 7, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers. (Bell/Meeker)
- 7. CAPITAL BUDGET TRANSFERS: Approve various budget transfers to close out Capital Projects. (Pease)
- 8. BUDGET TRANSFERS: Approve various budget transfers for yearend shortages. (Pease)
- 9. WATER RATES AND SERVICE CHARGES: Approve the 2014 Water Rates and Water Service Charges. (Smolinski)
