(Little Falls, NY – April 2014) Girls will learn about all kinds of food from the colonial era at a program at the Herkimer Home on April 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required and new members are welcome.
The program is open to girls in second through eighth grades. Participants will follow the pathway of food from its planting to its presentation and have the opportunity to taste the food.
The cost to attend is $6 per girl. New Girl Scout members must pay the additional $15 Girl Scout registration fee. Financial assistance is available. The registration deadline is April 14.
