(121st Assembly District – July 2014) The Independence Party of New York recently announced that their endorsement has been given to Assemblyman Bill Magee for the 121st Assembly District.
“We are pleased to once again announce our endorsement of Assemblyman Bill Magee,” stated Independence Party of New York Chairman Frank MacKay.
“In his 24 years in the NYS Assembly, Assemblyman Magee has been a staunch supporter for businesses by sponsoring legislation to reduce taxes and energy costs. He has long been a strong voice of support for higher education and the need to preserve funding and financial aid so that all students can attend college,” stated MacKay.
“Among his achievements is his strong advocacy for the volunteer fire and ambulance services by his work as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Volunteer Firefighters. For all these reasons and many more, we enthusiastically endorse Bill Magee.,” concluded Chairman MacKay.
