(Sept. 2014) Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Senior Jacob Andrews of New Woodstock was chosen as the Liberty League Men’s Cross Country Performer of the Week (Sept. 22).
Andrews won the University of Rochester’s Yellowjacket Invitational held at the Genesee Valley Park, running the 8K course in 26:13.7 to defeat the other 280 participants. His pace of 5:17 per mile helped the Engineers finish fourth in the 24-school field.
