Adult dinner is $8; smaller portion is $6; children 4 and younger eat free. Eat-in or take-out meals available.

Rotary’s Election Day Pancake/French Toast Day

(Canastota) The Canastota Rotary Club Pancake/French Toast Day will be held Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Rusty Rail, Route 5. All-you-can-eat $7 for adults and $4 for children. Children younger than 5 eat free. Also holding money raffles and gift basket raffles.

Chicken ‘N Biscuits in Madison on Election Day

(Madison) After you vote at the town of Madison Fire Hall, come over to the Town of Madison Historical Society for the annual Election Day Chicken ‘N Biscuit Dinner at the Historical Society building (the old American Legion), South Street, Madison, from 3 to 7 p.m. Nov. 4 (or until sold out).

The dinner includes chicken and biscuits, butternut squash, mashed potatoes with homemade gravy, gingerbread with whipped cream and beverage.

Advance tickets are $9 by calling Gary Anderson at 315.893.7226. Tickets at the door are $10. Seating at tables is available, or take out your order by calling Ed Jeffers at 315.368.3871 on that day. This is a fundraiser for the Town of Madison Historical Society to help pay for the winter’s heating expenses.

Election Dinner in Peterboro

(Peterboro, NY) The Peterboro United Methodist Church in Peterboro will be serving a dinner on Election Day Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 4 p.m. at the Smithfield Community Center, 5255 Pleasant Valley Road, which is the same site as the polling place for the Town of Smithfield.

Soup and sandwiches, cookies, ice cream, and lemonade will be served until gone. Price: $6
