(Hamilton, NY – June 15, 2015) Summer Reading Program is up and running at the Hamilton Public Library. Stop by the Library to sign up for our Reading Club Challenge and many special events.

Lego lovers ages three and up are invited to drop in and build between 3-4:30pm on Friday, June 19. Build something creative by yourself or with a friend.  A special book display featuring Legos, architecture and design, and building construction will also be available for you to browse and borrow during this informal building time.Legos

What’s your super power? Our superhero photo shoot on Monday, June 22 from 4:30-6pm is fun for the whole family. Photographer Susan Beattie will be at the Library to photograph your super self. Feel free to come in costume or dress up in one of ours when you arrive. Pose on your own, with a friend, or family member. Please call or stop by the library in advance to register for this event, and choose your appointment time.

Have you ever wanted to create your own superhero? Ages ten and up are invited to visit our mobile computer lab to explore a variety of options and design your own superhero complete with costumes, accessories, and super powers. Space is limited, so please call or stop by the library in advance to register for this event.

The library is normally open Monday-Friday, 10am to 7pm, and Saturday, 10am to1pm. Please visit or call the library (315) 824-3060 during these hours for assistance. The book drop at the front of the building is always available for your convenience.
