Do you love Legos? Feel free to stop by anytime between 11am and noon on Friday, July 10 to build something creative by yourself or with a friend.  A special display of books featuring Legos, architecture and design, and building construction will also be available for you to browse and borrow during this informal building time.DSC_0690 (1)

Ages ten and up are invited to come celebrate the unique flair of comic books with our art program on Monday, July 13. Jazz up your stuff with unique comic book decoupage for a style that’s all your own. A lunch box, compact, coffee can, trinket box, sunglasses, etc…bring your own small object to decorate (hard plastic, wooden, or cardboard surfaces work particularly well). We’ll have some comic books on hand to use, but feel free to bring your own too if there is a particular look you’re fond of. Space is limited, so please call or stop by the Library to sign up in advance.
