(Wampsville, NY – Aug. 25, 2015) On Saturday Aug. 22 the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division arrested Francisco D. Tallarino Sr., 74, of 7883 West Thomas St., Rome and charged him with three counts of fourth-degree Stalking and one count of second-degree Coercion. This is the culmination of a lengthy investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office after receiving a complaint against Tallarino.

Tallarino is alleged to have committed these acts in the Madison County town of Lenox and city of Oneida on multiple dates.

Tallarino was arrested without incident at his residence, arraigned in the city of Oneida by Judge Misiaszek, at which time he posted $2,500 cash bail and was released.

Tallarino is to return to the City of Oneida Court Aug. 28 at 9 a.m.

Carlos M. Maes, 35, of Washington Avenue, Oneida was charged Aug. 22 with Petit Larceny and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.

Anthony E. Green, 32, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was charged Aug. 23 with second-degree Burglary, a class C Felony, two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Mischief and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is alleged to have damaged a Lenox Avenue apartment door, entered the apartment, damaged property in the apartment and attempted to engage in a physical altercation with the resident and in the presence of a 1 year old child. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $1,000 cash or $2,500 bond to appear Aug. 28.

Donald J. Ciani, 38, of N. Main Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 23 with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. He is alleged to have grabbed another person around the neck and squeezed, impairing the person’s breathing. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond to appear Aug. 28.

Karissa Rae-Leigh Yousey, 24, of Park Street, Sherrill was charged Aug. 24 with seventh-degree Criminal Possesion of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. She is alleged to have possessed a schedule IV controlled substance. Canastota Police assisted with this case.

Nicholas W. Kampf, 56, of Fairview Avenue, Oneida was charged Aug. 24 with Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Red Apple.

Jennifer M. Williams, 34, of Liberty Street, Oneida and Frederick V. Bavo, 31, of Liberty Street, Oneida were charged Aug. 24 with Disorderly Conduct.

Raymond R. Shlotzhauer, 49, of Washington Avenue, Oneida was arrested Aug. 25 on a charge of fourth-degree Grand Larceny, a class E Felony. He is alleged to have stole $1,900 by receiving money from the victim for work to be completed at a Glenwood Avenue property and then not doing the work. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail without bail to appear Aug. 28.
