(Oneida, NY – Aug. 29, 2015) John A. Durr, 19, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was arrested on a Bench Warrant Aug. 27 for allegedly failing to perform community service hours on a Disorderly Conduct charge. He was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Carlos M. Maes, 35, of Washington Avenue, Oneida was arrested Aug. 27 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to abide by conditions of supervised release on a seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance charge.

Theodore A. Gray 3rd, 46, of Erie Street, Utica was arrested on a Bench Warrant Aug. 26 for allegedly failing to pay balance of fine and surcharge on a second-degree Criminal Contempt charge.

Terry G. Messenger, 54 , of 236 S. Willow St., Oneida was arrested Aug. 27 on the following charges; Unlawfully Growing Cannabis, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, fifth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon. He was charged following the execution of a search warrant at 236 S. Willow St., Oneida at about 8 p.m. Aug. 27. Debra L Herringshaw, 55, of 236 S. Willow St. was also charged with Unlawful Growing Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Police seized 45 pounds of marijuana plants, cash, 6 long guns, 2 illegal knives, scales and drug paraphanalia. Herringshaw was issued an appearance ticket.

Messenger was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $1,000.  Further charges may be pending.

Jarrott E. Connelly, 33, of Route 13, Williamstown was arrested Aug. 28 on charges of third-degree Robbery, a class D Felony, Petit Larceny and sixth-degree Conspiracy. Jeffrey E. Mundell, 45, of Route 13, Williamstown and Erin C. Connelly, 30, of Route 13, Williamstown were each charged with Petit Larceny and sixth-degree Conspiracy. The three are alleged to have conspired to steal merchandise from Wal Mart and did steal a big screen television. Jarrott Connelly is alleged to have struck and pushed a Wal Mart employee in the face as the employee attempted to stop them. The three fled in a waiting vehicle and were located on Route 46 by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Department. Rome Police also assisted in this case.

Jarrott Connelly was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail without bail. Erin Connelly and Jeffrey Mundell were issued appearance tickets. The television was recovered.

  1. All 3 should have been put in jail with no bail, they all are flight risks, better watch roads to North Carolina!
