Oneida police patch(Oneida, NY – Oct. 7, 2015) Calvin J. Winston Jr., 29, of N. Willow Street, Oneida was arrested Oct. 6 on the following charges; second-degree Assault, a class D Felony, first-degree Burglary, class B Felony and fourth-degree Criminal Mischief. Winston is alleged to have unlawfully entered a N. Main Street apartment, intentionally damage a window and did cause injury to the resident by pushing him to the ground and throwing a chair on him causing the victim to sustain a broken hip. The victim was taken to Rome Memorial Hospital for treatment. Winston was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail without bail.

Selina M. Tifft, 27, of Madison Street, Oneida was arrested Oct. 6 on charges of third-degree Criminal Mischief, a class E Felony and second-degree Harassment. She is alleged to have physically harassed another person and to have intentionally damaged the person’s cell phone and charger.

Alexander M. Hinton, 21, of Stone Street, Oneida was charged Oct. 6 with Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.

Jaquelyn D. Emmons, 19, of Seneca Aveneu, Oneida Castle was charged Oct. 6 with Petit Larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.

 Jillian L. Leggett, 31, of W. Seneca Street, Sherrill was charged Sept. 29 with Petit Larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.

Rusell D. Eddy, 52, of Lake Road, Oneida was charged Oct. 3 with; Driving While Intoxicated, Operating With a BAC of .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol, Improper Left Turn, Moved From Lane Unsafely and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Motor Vehicle Accident. He was charged following investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Oct. 3 at about 7:38 p.m. in which Eddy is alleged to have been traveling north on Lake Road and attempted to pull into a driveway and drove into a ditch striking a mailbox and then left the scene.

Vincent A. Wood, 51, of Pond Street, Syracuse was arrested on arrest warrants Oct. 4 on charges of second-degree Harassment and Petit Larceny.
