(Oneida, NY – Oct. 23, 20015) Lenaysia A. Miles, 24, of Valley Drive, Syracuse was arrested on an arrest warrant for Petit Larceny Oct. 21.
Joseph L. Vernold, 35, of Main Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Oct. 22 on charges of Petit Larceny and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. He is alleged to have grabbed a 30 year old female around the neck and squeeze impeding her breathing and to have taken her cell phone and refused to return it to her when she asked.
Heather L. Leigh, 33, of First Street, Rome was arrested Oct. 22 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to appear on charges of third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Speeding.
