(Oneida, NY – Nov. 19, 2015) Scott J. Ruffrage, 22, of Park Ave. Oneida was arrested Nov. 18 on charges of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, first-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, class E Felony, no tail lights, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and refusing pre-screening breath test. Ruffrage was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $1,000 to appear Nov. 20.
Tyler A. Stuttard, 19, of Bray Rd. Sauquoit was issued an appearance ticket Nov. 18 on a charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
