(Hamilton, NY – Nov. 23, 2015) In this season of thanks and giving, we are so grateful to all who have so generously donated items for the Community Action Partnership’s hygiene item collection. It is always so heartwarming to see the many generous ways our community members come together to help one another. We’ll continue collecting hygiene items in a box across from the circulation desk through the end of November. Please refrain from bringing opened products and medications. At the end of the hygiene drive CAP will collect donated items to use in their support of those in need county-wide.
Back by popular demand—we’re hosting a second annual Holiday Magic Paper Crafts Workshop at the Hamilton Public Library, for ages 16 and older. This event will again be hosted by Diana Cassulis on Thursday, Dec. from 4 to 6 p.m. Come learn how to turn recycled books into fabulous holiday and winter decorations. These crafts are perfect for any book lover to keep or give as a gift. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Library. For our planning purposes, please call or stop by the library to sign up for this event.
