Oneida police patchOn April 21, Richard Branch, 19, of 129 Phelps St., Oneida, was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He is to appear in City Court at a later date.

On April 21, Shania Harman, 20, of 228 N. Main St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging her with harassment and endangering the welfare of a minor. She is to appear in City Court at a later date.

On April 21, Joel A. Alvarado, 55, of 519 West Elm St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with one count of trespass. He is to appear in City Court at a later date.

On April 21, a 16-year-old male was arrested on a bench warrant. The original charges were petit larceny and burglary. The subject was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail pending further court action.

On April 21, Joseph Pistello, Jr., 39, of 116 Blackmore Road, Camillus, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance pending further court action.
