The New York State Police – SP Hastings are looking for assistance in attempting to identify the female subject in the attached pictures.
She is involved in the theft and usage of a benefits card. The card was stolen from the Town of Parish on April 7.
The card was used in the Price Rite located at 1605 Erie Blvd., Syracuse, April 7. The card was then utilized by the same female April 7 at Nojaims located at 307 Gifford St., Syracuse.
