On June 18, at approximately 8:28 p.m., State Police responded to a report of a fight involving a knife at a party on Senior Avenue in the Town of Granby.
Following investigation, Daryl L. Chetney, 34, of 297 Rathburn Road, Fulton, stands accused of removing a knife from his pocket and threatening to harm family members with it during an argument.
Chetney was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors.
He is scheduled to appear in Granby Town Court July 11.
