Oneida police patchMarcus P. Cossett, 25, of 140 Lebanon St., Hamilton, was arrested June 24 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, aggravated operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, operation of a motor vehicle with switched plates and operation of a MV without insurance. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail in lieu of $500 cash/$1000 bond.

Marcus P. Cossett, 25, of 140 Lebanon St., Hamilton, was arrested June 24 and charged with petit larceny and burglary in the 3 rd degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the Madison County PSB in lieu of $1000 cash or $2000 bond.

David T. Scribner, 48, of 542 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was arrested June 27 and charged with harassment 2 nd degree. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Carlos M. Maes, 36, of 446 Lake St., Oneida, was arrested June 24 on a bench warrant charging him with a violation of supervised ROR. The original charge was burglary in the 3 rd degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the Madison County PSB in lieu of $1000 cash or bond.

Jeff Kyer, 60, of 222 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged June 27 with one count of unlicensed dog. He was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Holly A. Weisbrod, 29, of 400 E. N. Canal St., Canastota, was charged June 27 and charged with unlicensed operator and aggravated operation of a motor vehicle. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

hristopher Derosa, 29, of 431 Sayles St., Oneida, was charged June 27 with petit larceny, burglary in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the Madison County PSB in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

Michael F. Held, 32, of 3240 Seneca Turnpike, Canastota, was arrested June 28 and charged with petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

David W. Cook, Jr., 36, of 266 N. Main St., Oneida, was arrested on a warrant June 28 charging him with harassment in the second degree and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance to re-appear at a later time.
