On July 15, 2016, Amber F. Newcombe, age 24, of 138 Main St., apt. A, Oneida, was charged with speeding, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. She was issued traffic tickets and is slated to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On July 15, 2016, Daniel G. Swalgin, age 55, of 118 Phelps St., apt. 5, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with harassment. He is scheduled to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On July 16, 2016. Scott E. Knapp, age 42, 104 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with assault in the third degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held on $500 bail.
On July 16, 2016, a 13 year old female was charged with criminal mischief. She is to appear at Madison County Probation at a later date.
On July 16, 2016, Shania M. Harmon, age 20, of 529 Tilden St., Oneida, was arrested on two bench warrants. The first was for an original charge of petit larceny and the second was for harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the custody of the Madison County Jail in lieu of a total of $500 bail.
On July 19, 2016, Nancy L. Burns, age 56, of 244 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
