In celebration of our last story time of the summer, toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers are invited to come enjoy a special Eric Carle themed party on Tuesday, July 26, at 10:30 a.m. Come join the celebration with special stories, games, and snacks!

Then join us for a family friendly finale on Wednesday, July 27, from 5-6pm for Professor U.B. Fuddle’s Magic Show! Drawing on elements of storytelling, music, puppetry, illusion, and humor, Professor Fuddle shares his love of literature and motivates children to discover the joy of sports, fitness, and healthy living through reading.  You’ll be amazed as he takes ordinary objects like a jump rope, a steel ball, a piece of pipe, a sports head band, an Oreo cookie, a baseball card, or even a paper bag and causes extraordinary things to happen! Weather permitting, we hope to host this event on the Village Green. Come for the show and bring a picnic dinner to make an evening of it! The alternative location for rainy weather is the Community Room at the Library.

Are you a Harry Potter expert? Find out at our family-friendly trivia competition on Saturday, July 30 th from 10:30am-noon in preparation for the midnight release of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, the eighth story in the Harry Potter series. Continue the fun at the Colgate Bookstore later in the day with more Harry Potter excitement!
