Oneida police patchCaroline L. Joslyn, age 58, of 416 W. Railroad St., apt. 25, Oneida, was arrested on July 22, 2016 and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail.

A 14-year-old female Oneida resident was charged on July 22, 2016 and charged with criminal mischief. She was given an appearance ticket to appear in Madison County Probation at a later date.

Marjorie A. Joslyn, age 50, of 220 Sherman St., Oneida, was arrested on July 24, 2016 and charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Lewis E. Joslyn, age 34, of 216 Sherman St., Oneida, was arrested on July 24, 2016 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Earl E. Egelston Jr., age 21, of 223 Gladwell Ave., Oneida, was arrested on July 24, 2016 and charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marihuana. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Brandon E. Hinkley, age 31, of 321 Boston St., apt. 2, Oneida, was charged on July 24, 2016 with Criminal Trespass in the second degree, Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff’s Department in lieu of bail.

Brian K. Clark, age 52, of the Rescue Mission in Syracuse was arrested on July 22, 2016 on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to pay restitution and failed to appear. The original charges were theft of services and petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of bail.

Brandy L. Schultheis, age 32, of 9575 Maple Terrace in Camden was arrested on July 24, 2016 on a bench warrant for failing to appear. The original charge was petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on her own recognizance pending further court action.

A 16-year-old female Oneida resident was arrested on a bench warrant on July 24, 2016 which alleged that she failed to appear. The original charges were harassment and disorderly conduct. The female was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of bail.

A 16-year-old Oneida male was issued a criminal summons on July 23, 2016, which charged him with harassment in the second degree. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
