Madison County Health Department September Immunization Clinics

The following clinics will be held by appointment at the Madison County Health Department, 138 N. Court St., Building 5 in Wampsville:
- September 2 (Friday) from 8:30-11:30 am
- September 7 (Wednesday) from 9:00-11:00 am
- September 9 (Friday) from 12:30-3:30 pm
- September 16 (Friday) from 8:30-11:30 am
- September 21 (Wednesday) from 3:30-5:30 pm
- September 23 (Friday) from 12:30-3:30 pm
- September 30 (Friday) from 8:30-11:30 am
An Immunization Clinic will be held on September 13 (Tuesday) 3:30-5:30 pm by appointment at Cornell Cooperative Extension, 100 Eaton St, Morrisville.
