1. CONTRACT AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to enter into a service contract with Telecon.mobi for the City’s Verizon mobile phones and devices for a projected annual savings of $1,407. (Technology)

2. FIRE TRUCK DONATION: Approve the donation of the Fire Department’s 1994 Freightliner Pumper/Squirt (this truck has a cracked frame) to Madison County for use at its Firefighter Training facility, per the recommendation of Chief Salerno. (Salerno)

3. BOND RESOLUTION: Authorize the replacement of the boiler system at the Recreation Center at a maximum estimated cost of $70,000, and further authorize the issuance of up to $70,000 bonds to pay the cost. (Griff/Pease)

4. BUDGET TRANSFERS: Approve a budget transfer for Capital Project 16-08 Recreation Center Boiler, which came in higher than expected; $52,000 will be bonded and $17,586 will come from general fund contingency, and further approve a budget transfer for contract items at the WWTP required by the DEC. (Griff/Pease)

5. RECREATION COODINDATOR: Approve the appointment of a full-time Recreation Coordinator filling the five-year vacancy of said position in the Recreation Department at a projected cost of $13,449.60 for fiscal year 2016. (Griff)

6. PROPOSAL: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Proposal to provide surveying services for an alternate route on a portion of the proposed Oneida Rail Trail Project in the amount of $3,400 from grant funding and in-kind services. (Rauscher)

7. WAIVER OF LATE FEE: Receive and place on file a letter from Wende Warne, and further approve a waiver of the Alarm Permit Late Fee for the United Academy of the Performing Arts, 2110 Glenwood Plaza. (Salerno)

8. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with GHD Consulting Services, Inc. to provide additional engineering services for recommended improvements to address current treatment capacity limitations at the WWTP in the amount of $47,040.00. (Rauscher)
