The First Presbyterian Church at Verona will host a free Harvest Community Dinner Thursday, Nov. 17, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. This will be in place of the monthly Stone Soup Supper typically help the last Thursday of the month.
The Harvest dinner will feature turkey casserole, fresh squash and a special dessert.
The First Presbyterian Church is located on the corner of Rock Road and Main Street. There is no charge for the meal; however, free-will donations will be accepted to benefit the Verona Area Food Pantry.
There will not be a Stone Soup Supper in December but this popular community outreach will resume again in January.
