Oneida police patchOn Nov. 30, 2016, Eric Howe, 20, of 7066 Verna Dr., Canastota, was arrested for unlicensed operation and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held on $350 cash or $1,000 bond. He is to re-appear in court at a later date.

On November 30, 2016, Michael J. Colvin Jr., 23, of 307 Lenox Ave., apt. 2, was issued a criminal summons for assault in the third degree. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

On December 1, 2016, a 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old male were apprehended breaking into the buildings at Vet’s Field. They had gained entry to the pop warner locker room building and had stolen property from therein and had been attempting to break into the concession building when they were apprehended. They have been issued appearance tickets to appear at Madison County Probation. The charges are burglary in the third degree, petit larceny and criminal mischief. All stolen property has been recovered.

On December 1, 2016, Kyle R. Oram, 22, of 402 Stone St., apt. 2, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with issuing a bad check and grand larceny in the third degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance pending further court action.

On December 3, 2016, John E. Lerch, 51, of 509 Elizabeth St., Oneida was charged with disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held in lieu of $200 bail, pending further court action.

On December 4, 2016, Steven D. Loucks, 52, of 6765 Oxbow Rd., Canastota, was issued a criminal summons for trespass. He is to answer the charge in Oneida City Court at a later date.

On December 5, 2016, Michael A. Janse, 35, no permanent address given, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with trespass. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in lieu of $200 cash or $500 bond, pending further court action.

On December 6, 2016, Christopher M. Barcomb, 30, of 209 Chappell St., apt. 2, Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket alleging a violation of the City Ordinance regarding the possession and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a public place.

He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date to answer the charge.
