  • Derrick A. Cenicola, 25, of Route 12B, Hamilton, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs with the intent to sell and third-degree criminal sale of narcotic drugs, both class B felonies.
  • Scott M. Graham, 28, of East Walnut Street, Oneida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated (blood-alcohol content of .18 or more), both unclassified misdemeanors; and passing a red light.

Dec. 6

  • Larissa D. French, 27, of New Minaret Drive, Canastota, was charged with failure to appear.
  • David C. Angell, 52, of Union Valley Road, DeRuyter, was charged with single counts each of displaying a forged inspection certificate, an unclassified misdemeanor, operating an uninspected motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana.
  • Dawn M. Griffin, 34, of Route 20, Bouckville, was charged with second-degree offering a false instrument for filing and fifth-degree welfare fraud, both class A misdemeanors.
  • Julie A. Cathers, 45, of Ballantyne Road, Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; speeding and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Joshua S. Albro, 21, of Middle Road, Oneida, was charged with violation of probation.

Dec. 7

  • Brandon P. Walsh, 30, of James Street, Canastota, was charged with an unspecified violation of the Family Court Act.
  • Gerry W. Camp, 51, of Nelson Road, Canastota, was charged with second-degree harassment.
  • Tiffany L. More, 26, of Route 11, Tully, was charged with sex offender failure to report a change of address, a class D felony.
  • Gabrielle A. Dixon, 20, of Johnnycake Hill Road, Hamilton, was charged with resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both unclassified misdemeanors; refusing to take a breath test, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, changing lanes when a hazard exists, unlawful possession by a person under 21 years old and unreasonable speed.

  • Walter R. Smith, 31, of Chamberlain Hill Road, Hamilton, was charged with an unspecified violation of the Family Court Act.

  • A 17-year-old Bushnell Shore, Bridgeport, resident was charged with single counts each of second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, fourth-degree criminal mischief – intentional damage to property, both class A misdemeanors; trespassing, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana.
  • A 17-year-old Smith Ridge Road, Bridgeport, resident was charged with single counts each of second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, fourth-degree criminal mischief – intentional damage to property, both class A misdemeanors; trespassing, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana.
  • Michael Douglas Atkinson, 21, of Miles Avenue, Fayetteville, was charged with violation of probation.
