State Police have identified the driver as 26-year-old Anthony J. Labaro from Moravia.
State Police is investigating a one-car fatal crash that occurred on County Line Road in Skaneateles April 13.
The investigation has revealed a 2004 Chevy Pickup truck was traveling south on County Line Road when the operator failed to negotiate a left curve, exited the west side of the roadway and struck a group of trees. Subsequently, the vehicle became engulfed in flames.
The decedent’s body was transported to the Onondaga County Medical Examiners office to perform an autopsy and to confirm the identity of the driver.
The investigation is continuing.
