In the Lace Up with LAX game, fans are asked to bring a new pair of mostly black or neutral colored children’s shoes that will be donated to the Salvation Army of Syracuse. It will support local children in need of a new pair of shoes, including those whom are currently homeless and living at the shelter as well as those transitioning out of the shelter.
Donations can be dropped off at the women’s lacrosse offices in the Class of 1965 Arena prior to next Wednesday’s game or brought to the game. Donations can also be made online by CLICKING HERE.
Lace Up with LAX is a non-profit organization that partners with club, high school and college lacrosse teams across the United States, Canada and England to bring new shoes to children at local homeless shelters.
