On April 28, 2017, at approximately 7:30 a.m., State Police in Pulaski arrested Sherri L. Ellis, age 46, from Marian Drive in Syracuse, for second-degree grand larceny, a class C felony and first-degree falsifying business records, a class E felony.
Ellis is charged with stealing approximately $300,000 from her former employer 3-Xtreme Motorsports located at 31 US Route 11, Hastings. The theft occurred over a period of time between July 2014 and July 2016 when Ellis worked as the billing/title clerk at the business.
Ellis was arraigned in Central Square Village Court and was placed on pre-trial release through the Oswego County Probation Department.
