July 8, 2017

  • Ian J. Johns, 32, no permanent address, was arrested on a New York State Parole Warrant for being a parole absconder and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held without bail.

July 9, 2017

  • Richard E. Branch Jr., 20, 352 Lenox Ave., Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.
  • Jeffrey T. Coonrod, 25, 352 Lenox Ave., Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.

July 10, 2017

  • Hunter H. Whipple, 21, 352 Lenox Ave., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of assault in the 3 rd degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bond.
  • Courtney Lugg, 31, POB 48, Clarks Mills, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3 rd degree.
  • Shawn M. Ferris Jr., 29, 1515 Union St., Oneida was arrested on an arrest warrant for criminal contempt in the 2 nd degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance pending further court action.
  • James F. Emmons, 33, 223 N. Broad St., Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.
  • John A. Santiago, 21, 612 N. Geddes St., Syracuse, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.
  • Jerry L. Durr, 59, 370 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was issued appearance tickets for criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and 2 counts of menacing.

  • Jerry L. Durr, 59, 370 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with burglary in the 2nd degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree, criminal mischief in the 4th degree, harassment in the 2nd degree and resisting arrest. He was also charged with having an unlicensed dog. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he was ordered held without bail pending further court action.
