On July 14, 2017, Watertown State Police arrested Sammy L. Brown, age 25, of 608 Philadelphia Courts, Philadelphia, for Murder in the 2nd Degree.
This arrest stems from the shooting death of Tyler Johnson that occurred on May 18, 2017, in the Town of Pamelia, Jefferson County, New York. Brown was arraigned in the Town of Pamelia Court where he was remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building without bail.
