State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested Frank D Pasqualicchio, age 63, from Herkimer, NY for (2) counts of Sexual Abuse 2nd degree, a class “A” misdemeanor; Forcible Touching, a class “A” misdemeanor and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor.
The charges stem from a complaint originated in the Town of Alexandria, County of Jefferson where it is alleged that the defendant had subjected a girl, under the age of 14, to unwanted sexual contact over the course of 2 days.
Pasqualicchio was arraigned in the Town of Alexandria Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public safety Building in lieu of bail.
