On August 4, 2017, State Police in Lee arrested Mark S. Durham, Jr., 24, of Durhamville, for petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint at Walmart located at 5815 Rome Taberg Road in Rome.
Durham is alleged to have shoplifted merchandise July 31, 2017. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Rome City Court on a later date.
