  • Christopher M. Barcomb, 31, 233 North St., Oneida was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Aug. 2, 2017

  • Alan M. Lighthaul, 25, 474 Lincoln Ave., Oneida was charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and a stop light violation. He was also arrested on an arrest warrant for disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held on $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
  • William D. Ducey, III, 24, 474 Lincoln Ave., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Aug. 8, 2017

  • Salvatore J. Sparace, 43, 6243 West Carter Road, Rome, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.
  • Emmanuel C. Clothakis, 53, 5873 Valley Mills Road, Munnsville, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with first-degree harassment, third-degree falsely reporting an incident and providing a false written statement. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

  • Molly S. Hawkinson, 23, 333 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with unlawful possession
    of marijuana.

  • Sue A. McGovern, 36, 229 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, failure to use designated lane and operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device.
  • Brenda L. McGrath, 49, 1306 Glenwood Ave., Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
  • A 16-year-old Oneida youth was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
  • Marcus P. Cossette, 26, 140 Lebanon St., Hamilton, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for sentencing on an original charge of third-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Madison County Court where it was ordered that he be held in the Madison County Jail until sentencing.

  • Zachary H. Millson, 18, 1014 Maplewood Ave., Oneida, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
  • Randy M. Bovee, 23, 6307 Old County Road, Canastota was charged with speeding and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Tiffany L. Gruby, 24, 112 S. Jay St., Rome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on an original charge of fourth-degree grand larceny and a second bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on an original charge of petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court.

  • Meizhen Hu, 56, 132 N. Main St., Oneida was charged with prostitution. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.

  • Chad J. Young, 36, 117 W. Walnut St., Oneida was issued a criminal summons for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

Aug. 19, 2017

  • Natalio J. McCormick, 23, 335 Stone St., Oneida was charged with driving while intoxicated and having more than .08 BAC.
  • James E. Thornton, 21, 233 North St., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a charge of fourth-degree grand larceny and two counts of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

  • Parish T. Gibson, 48, 344 Washington Ave., Oneida was charged with three counts of petit larceny.
  • Maria Holley-Stosha, 28, 1309 Co. Rt. 3R, Oswego, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with fourth-degree grand larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held in lieu of bail.

Aug. 22, 2017

  • Ronald J. Demauro, 42, 534 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with 19 counts of having an unlicensed dog.
