Sept. 27, 2017

  • Michael F. Oeinck, 38, 1384 W. Elm St., Oneida was charged with failure to use designated lane, leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
  • Jeffrey M. Schiavetta, 23, 123 N. Warner St., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant for an original charge of petit larceny. The bench warrant alleges that he failed to comply with conditions. He is also charged with resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held without bail.

Sept. 29, 2017

  • Sara M. Coonrod, 28, no permanent address, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Christopher M. Young, 36, 207 S. Willow St., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear to answer charges of aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree and unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in lieu of bail.
  • Richard D. Chase III, 30, 206 E. Elm St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with harassment in the second degree.

Sept. 30, 2017

  • Bruce L. Hollenbeck Jr., 23, 175 Madison St., Oneida was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Jackson T. Newkirk, 18, 9369 Ramsey Dr., Bridgeport, was charged with assault in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

Oct. 2, 2017

  • Richard W. Bishop, 51, 414 Lenox Ave., Oneida was arrested on an arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with resisting arrest, criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment in the second degree and disorderly conduct. At the time of his arrest, he was also found to be in possession of marijuana and was then also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held on $500 cash/$1,000 bond.
  • Robert R. Crouse, 35, 427 Wilbur St., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to comply with conditions on original charges of petit larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 3, 2017:

  • Michael A. Janse, 36, no permanent address, was charged with trespass.
  • James S. Fields, 30, 501 W. Genesee St., Chittenango, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Andrew J. Teague, 26, 202 ½ Tuscarora Rd., Chittenango, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Nathan D. May, 39, 216 Broad St., Oneida was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Melissa E. Kampf, 46, 115 Seneca Ave., Oneida Caste, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree. She was also arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on original charges of aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree and operating without insurance. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held on $150 cash/$500 bond.
