State Police in Fulton arrested Kevin M. Schute, 45, from Oswego, for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, both unclassified misdemeanors.
On Oct. 8, 2017, Troopers were conducting a traffic detail at the Oswego Speedway on Cityline Road in the City of Oswego when several pedestrians alerted patrols that a white male, identified as Schute, was operating a gray Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck yelling obscenities and driving erratically.
Troopers located the truck and subsequently arrested Schute for DWI and reckless driving. He was arraigned in Scriba Town Court and released until his next court date scheduled for Oct. 19, 2017, at 9:30 a.m.
