On Oct. 5, 2017, State Police in Sylvan Beach arrested Ethan J. Alger, 50, from Rome, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, having a BAC of .19 percent (an unclassified misdemeanor) following a vehicle and traffic stop on Sleepy Hollow Road in the town of Lee.
Alger was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Lee Town Court Oct. 18, 2017, at 4:30 p.m.
