The Oneida County Association of Towns held its meeting Nov. 28, 2017, at Seymour’s Diner & Grill in Westemoreland. Chris Anderson, Director of Research & Programming at Association of Towns of the State of New York spoke on experience-based savings, which included outsourcing, efficiencies, staffing reductions, shared services and reduced services, among other topics.

On behalf of the OCAOT, I want to thank Chris for providing some very relevant information to the local government officials that were able to attend the OCAOT meeting.
