On Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, the Madison County Office for the Aging & the Alzheimer’s Association will present a free workshop on “Healthful Living for Your Brain & Body: Tips from the Latest Research.”

It’s well known that the health of the brain and body are connected. But now, science is able to provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age.

Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement. Learn how to use hands-on tools to incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.

The workshop will be held at the Office for the Aging, 138 Dominic Bruno Blvd., Canastota, from 10 to 11 a.m., light refreshments will be available.
