- Ryan S. Rizzo, 20, 550 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
- Brandon M. Crouth, 31, 123 N. Warner St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for endangering the welfare of a child and on a bench warrant for resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in lieu of bail.

- Helen J. Longden, 59, 429 Seneca St., Oneida, was charged subsequent to a motor vehicle accident with failure to stop at a stop sign, speed not reasonable or prudent, refusal to submit to a breath screening device, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident and driving while intoxicated. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on her own recognizance.
