After an investigation into the sexual abuse of a 16-year-old , investigators at the Madison County Sheriff’s Office charged Ryan J. Smith, 36, of Munnsville, with seven counts of forcible touching (class A misdemeanor), seven counts of endangering the welfare of a child (class A misdemeanors) and three counts of third-degree criminal sex act (class E felonies).
It is alleged that during a six-month period, Smith sexually abused the victim on several occasions.
