Fandemicon applications available Aug. 18 at Utica Public Library
The Utica Public Library is proud to bring back Fandemicon, a free, family-friendly pop culture convention.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18. The library is seeking vendors and volunteers for the event.
