  • Namon J.R. Johnson, 24, of 125 River St., Troy, was arrested on a superior court arrest warrant charging him with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Madison County Court and ordered held on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond.
  • Donald W. Chesebro, 57, of 241 E. Walnut St., Oneida, was charged with first-degree public lewdness.

Jan. 14, 2018

  • Alexander M. Hinton, 23, of 438 Stone St., Oneida, was charged with speed not reasonable or prudent, unlicensed operator, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident.

Jan. 15, 2018

  • Devyn T. Piccola, 21, of 2307 Oneida St., Blossvale, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Jan. 16, 2018

  • Cory B. Bickom, 43, of 225 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on original charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree obstructing governmental operations, disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Dawn M. Musaccho, 56, of 372 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond.

Jan. 17, 2018

  • Joan M. Fusco, 43, of 220 East Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on a petit larceny charge and on a second bench warrant alleging that she failed to complete community service on original charges of petit larceny and trespass. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
  • Julien P. Rinauto, 26, of 126 Williams St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for failure to stop for a stopped school bus.
