  • Daquan Clark, 23, of Brighton Circle, Syracuse, was charged with first-degree robbery (forcible theft with use of instrument), a class B felony; petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor; two counts of second-degree robbery (displays what appears to be firearm), a class C felony; fourth-degree grand larceny (property from a person), a class E felony; second-degree burglary (illegal entry), a class C felony; two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon (firearm/knife), a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree menacing with a weapon, a class A misdemeanor.
  • Dawne M. Ineich, 41, of Jefferson Avenue, Canastota, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to use headlights with windshield wipers.
