Join expert birder Steve Kinne at the Great Swamp Conservancy, March 16 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. for a cup of java, hot cocoa and a bagel while watching what comes to the GSC bird feeding stations. Steve Kinne will answer birding questions, ID birds at the feeders and share his birding knowledge. Suggested donation is $3/members, $4 /nonmembers. This will be the last of the Birds & Bagels series for 2019.
Right after Birds & Bagels you are invited on a Winter Eco Walk. Join forester Dan Zimmerman, birder Steve Kinne and educator Brianne Wilcox on a trail walk to learn how to identify trees in the winter, how to identify birds by sound and how to identify animal tracks in the snow and anything else in between.
