Man arrested following joint investigation into sexual conduct and assault charges
State Police in Watertown arrested Patrick A. Hill, 44, of 14938 County Route 59, Dexter, for predatory sexual assault against a child, a class A-2 felony; and first-degree sexual conduct against a child, a class B felony.
On April 30, 2019, Hill was charged following a yearlong joint investigation by state police and the Watertown Police Department into the sexual assault of a 14-year-old victim. The sexual assault began when the victim was 7 or 8 years old and continued until April 2018 at locations in Watertown and Dexter.
Hill was processed at SP Watertown and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building pending county court arraignment.
