  • Alexander M. Hinton, 24, of 343 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

  • David A. Mondrick, 22, of 3373 Center St., Durhamville, was charged with failure to stop for a stop light, excessive tint, driving while intoxicated and operating with more than .08 BAC.
  • Danielle M. Perior, 37, of 218 Wilson Ave., Canastota, was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

  • Donald R. Morehouse, 50, of 212 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt.

  • Jeffrey H. Winters, 62, of 1621 Bleeker St., Utica, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Salvatore J. Sparace, 45, of 557 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging failure to comply with conditions regarding a DWI conviction. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.

May 7, 2019

  • Janet L. Aley, 50, of 197 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with failure to signal, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • An 11-year-old male was directed to appear at Madison County Probation regarding a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

May 8, 2019

  • Dylan R. Cromp, 42, of 344 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, second-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
  • An 18-year-old male from Canastota was charged with second-degree rape. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released after posting $1,000 cash bail.

May 9, 2019

  • Matthew F. Relyea, 28, of 3505 Oswego Road, Blossvale, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Zachary J. Bogue, 22, of 214 Cedar St., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear regarding a charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond. He was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Christopher S. Linder, 19, of 3906 Old Route 31, Canastota, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Matthew A. Bush, 21, of 6995 Stearn Road, Rome, was charged with wrong way on a one-way road, no headlights, uninspected motor vehicle, false inspection certificate and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Olivario B. Maes, 40, of 115 Madison St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on original charges of third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • A 12-year-old male was summoned to appear at Madison County Probation regarding charges of petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary.
