- Kody J. Bonnell, 21, of 5272 Valley Mills Road, Munnsville, was charged with inadequate exhaust, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

- Elizabeth A. Kelly, 30, of 204 E. Sands St., Oneida, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating with .08 or greater BAC, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated driving while intoxicated (with a child in the vehicle – a/k/a Leandra’s Law).
- Cindy B. Amico, 46, of 115 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
- Matthew J. Fratello, 34, of 219 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate tail lamps, unregistered motor vehicle (trailer), unlicensed operator and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

- Stephen L. Eaton, 58, of 211 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
July 10, 2019
- Nicholas W. Kampf, 60, of 416 W. Railroad St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree aggravated harassment and first-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded without bail.
- Scott E. Fletcher, 42, of 218 Broad St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of unreasonable noise. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
