Three occupants of UTV crash are airlifted to hospitals following crash in Herkimer County

On July 13, 2019, at 11:18 p.m., State Police in Herkimer responded to a UTV roll-over accident on North Road in the town of Salisbury, Herkimer County.
Police say a 2017 Can Am UTV, operated by Christopher M. Cramer-Snowman, 27, of Salisbury Center, was traveling southeast when the operator, due to unsafe speed, failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, exited the east side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Cramer-Snowman and two passengers, Cheyainne Cooper, 28, and Joshua Alling, 28, were all ejected from the UTV.

Cramer-Snowman was airlifted by LifeNet to Albany Medical Center and is in critical condition.

Cooper was airlifted by LifeNet to Albany Medical Center where she is listed in stable condition.

Alling was airlifted by Mercy Flight to SUNY Upstate Medical University where he was listed in critical condition.

The investigation continues.

State police seek public assistance with identifying an individual in surveillance photos

State police in Watertown are investigating a larceny that occurred July 5, 2019, at the Wal-Mart store on State Route 3 in Watertown.

An unknown male left the store with items valued at $49 without rendering payment.

Anyone who can identify the individual in the security photos above is asked to contact state police at 315.366.6000. All information will be kept confidential.
